AUDIENCE

The Salesforce CRM Fundamentals micro credential is intended for current and future CRM professionals, and those who want to maximize their use of the Salesforce platform, and prepare to pass the Salesforce Administrator certification exam.

COURSE DESCRIPTION

The course introduces the fundamentals of CRM platforms and the Salesforce ecosystem before working through case studies and practical challenges so you can learn and apply best-practice administrator skills. These skills range from setting up an organization and users to leveraging Salesforce applications, automating processes, and producing best-practice reporting dashboards. Learners also work through topics that are aligned with the Salesforce Administrator certification exam.

• The course consists of 6 modules
• Learners must complete one assessment at the end of module six to be successful
• Learners will complete a series of technical projects in the Salesforce Trailhead Playground environment
• The course is built to support project-based learning, giving learners the ability to demonstrate real work completion which validates their skills and knowledge
