This course will focus on more advanced business problem solving through data analysis, visualization and business communication. The learner will leverage market leading ‘Business Intelligence’ platform Tableau to create interactive visualizations for key business functions and combine visualizations to create operational dashboards that can drive business insights and decisions. The final project will introduce visualizing operational information on a dashboard in order to make recommendations against defined business priorities, and inform strategic decision making.
- The course consists of 6 modules
- Learners are encouraged to spend approx. 8-10 hours per module over six weeks
- Learners must complete one assessment at the end of module six to be successful
- Learners will develop a customer success strategy, and prepare a written report
- The course is built to support project-based learning, giving learners the ability to demonstrate real work completion which validates their skills and knowledge
